What's eating my rose bush?

I went outside today to prune my rosebush an there were bite marks on the leaves (see picture). Some helpful information might be that I live in Ohio and it's been about 90 degrees the last couple days. I would also appreciate it if you could tell me how to get rid of it. Thank you!
