Cairns, queensland, people and culture?

Cairns is a town in north Queensland, one of the six States of Australia. As with the rest of Australia, the people there are Australians or tourists. They speak English. It is a tropical town so most people are in light summer clothing all the time. You will live in shorts and t-shirt.
