How Do i get more food?

i just finished my last bag of cheetos and I have no more food.do i have to go to a store again? becuase i found the cheetos on the ground and i just took it. now i am hungry for prunes, but i thnk you cant find prunes on the ground only at stores. pleeaze help! i need prunes so i can have diarrhea because i had constipation today.
