I cannot keep to a regular diet and exercise schedule. Not self disciplined enough. But i have recently been eating a lot of muesli and prunes and cereal every day. I still am eating a bit of chocolate, occasional chips and 2 minute noodles. If i try to eat a lot of fibre and try to go for a 15 minute run some skipping maybe and half an hour on the trampoline every day can i lose about 5 kilo's in 3 weeks? Any other suggestions are welcomed, but nothing tooo drastic. Can't handle much else. I love food and am lazy.
