Is it bad manners to tell a coworker how I really feel when she shares personal intimate information?

Tell her how you feel she trusts you,,and what if you were in that situation wouldn't you want someone to be like "Hey "Blessed Peach" you're screwing your life up and I'm worried about. So maybe we should hang out sometime and do something less life damaging." I'd say something like that and if she calls you nosy or anything just be like I care about and I'm not trying tonact like your mother but someday soon reality will hit you hard and I don't want to see you get hurt, so maybe calm down soon. As for the sex well if you get pregnant do you think a one night stand guy will want to suport you and you won't even know who that dad is without a DNA test. You can always try to help buut surely don't wait till it's too late.
