My husband doesn't call and i feel neglected. What should i do?

We've been married 3 years and i just had our second child a month ago. We've had a hard marriage. And we fight a lot. One problem isi've been havin for a while is that he goes long periods of time without callin me. Like this mornin he left for work at 8 and i haven't heard from him since. I'm tired of callin him all the time i could call but why doesn't he ever call me. It makes me feel like he don't miss or even think about me. We don't live together and haven't for a year. not by choice just financial problems. But he doesnt even act like it bothers him to go days without seeing me. I've tried talkin to him about it but it never changes. I'm tired of feeling alone when i'm married.
