Do you think CPS is corrupt?

Clearly you have never dealt with foster kids. There are not enough homes for kids that need it, if a parent is even slightly functioning they get their kid back. A foster child (6 months old) in my area went home after being thrown out of a moving car with skull fractures...Sorry but no amount of parenting classes are going to fix that.
