Any Small Doggies For Sale ?! Pleasee :) Or any suggestions idk.?

Hey, well i always wanted a dog. Since i was a baby. But my mom couldnt because of her job, so. But now she has her buisness at a diffrent place not the house :). So she said i can maybe buy a dog or something. And i really want to buy a Havanese [ specificly ] but it can be any breed, but i want it to of been an abandon dog or neglected, so i can like give it a good life, and you know. :). So is there any websites or something that can help me out ? kthanks
