How to lose weight? URGENT!?

Maybe if you just start by walking around the block. Like each time you feel like your hungry grab an apple and go out for a walk. Next time your hungry grab some carrots and then set out again. Lots of fruits and veggies.Then drink lots of water. Not pop. Instead of 5 donuts have 4 and just keep cutting food out each day.... Good luck I know you can do it.....
